A few weeks back I received an email from a friend thanking me for helping him identify some core strengths placed in him by God. I coached this man several years ago and now he has a ministry that is touching an abundance of lives on the eastern side of the United States. The growth plan for his organization now includes Canada.
In his email he noted, “The ripple goes on.” In other words, the little bit of work I did with him has rippled into the lives of many.
This post is not about me and what I can do as your coach. This post is about you and challenging you to think about daily opportunities for planting seeds into the lives of others.
