Â
This is one of my favorite Proverbs.
The question we must ask is what happens when we don’t commit our work to the Lord?
Will our plans fail?
Many years ago I came up with my own definition of success…The progressive realization of predetermined worthwhile goals that positively impact God’s world.
I believe this is the type of success this Proverb is referring to.
Anyone with a good plan and a solid work ethic can be successful. Â But is it successful in God’s eyes?
If our success is only adding to our personal worth and esteem…I believe God could care less.
If our success is adding value to the world and the lives around us…I believe God cares a lot.
2016 is all about making the most of ourselves. Â How can we make the most of ourselves if we don’t include our creator in on all our work?
