Keep Moving Forward

If you can't fly, then run; if you can't run, then walk; if you can't walk, then crawl, but whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.

— Martin Luther King Jr. —

Our daily habits generate or deplete our energy.

As I shared with you a few weeks ago, I try my best to invest time in building my body, mind, and spirit daily.

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. I exercise, read, and meet with my Creator daily.
  2. I strive to eat and sleep in ways that fuel me.
  3. I do my best to avoid energy-draining people, places, and things, as well as out-of-control concerns.

What changes to your daily habits have you made over the last thirty days to better fuel your “engine?”

Again, it’s as easy as 1, 2, or 3, but each may require some crawling in the early stages…a crawl you’ll never regret.

2 Timothy 1:7, “For God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.”
