Thoughts, Beliefs, and Sanity

Attempting to change our ways with the same beliefs and thoughts that got us to where we are is another definition of insanity.

This is day five of the new year, and I hope you are still striving to achieve your BHAGS (Big Hairy Audacious Goals) for 2023.

Hopefully, you haven’t started backsliding into old thinking and old behaviors. But, if you have, stop and reflect upon your thinking and the beliefs that feed your thinking.

Albert Einstein once said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing repeatedly while expecting different results.

What we “do” derives from our thinking.

What we think derives from our beliefs.

If you are struggling with change, take an inventory of your thoughts and beliefs.

Change your beliefs and your thoughts, and you will change your world…I always write from experience.

If you believe you can, you can. If you believe you can’t, you can’t.

Romans 12:2, “Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.”
