Monday Morning Leadership – Customer Care

The customer doesn't care how much you know until they know how much you care.

I mentioned in an earlier post how great of a job our pharmacy did in taking care of our customers. No one did it better.

Customer care starts at the top. If the leader cares about the customer, everyone in the organization will care. The opposite also holds true.

I put thousands of miles on my car every year as I routinely visited customers in the four states we served. One of the primary keys to running a successful organization is for leadership to stay in touch with the customers. The customer’s perception of reality is reality.

If you are leading a business, are you staying in touch with your customers?

Hebrews 6:10, “God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them.”
