YES CARD

You have to decide what your highest priorities are and have the courage - pleasantly, smilingly, nonapologetically - to say 'no' to other things. And the way to do that is by having a bigger 'yes' burning inside. The enemy of the 'best' is often the 'good.

— Stephen Covey —

What is it you need to say YES to?

What is it you need to say NO to?

Make a YES and NO card and hang it on your mirror or somewhere you will see it often.

Make a YES and NO card and carry it with you everywhere you go.

Change does not happen by simply thinking about it or talking about it.  Change happens one small change at a time and knowing your YES’S and NO’S is a great place to start.

Romans 12:2, “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.  Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is–his good, pleasing and perfect will.”  (NIV)

My book, “In Search of P.E.A.C.E.” is focused on taking a look at your NO’S and placing them on a “Dump List” one day at a time.  I have found our YES’S are often hidden behind all the NO’S we need to let go of.  The book is available on Amazon.com and all profits go to Joshua Recovery Ministries.
