I love Rumi’s quote.

Raising our voice takes little work because it usually involves very little thinking.

Raising our words takes work because we think before we speak.

Proverbs 20:3, “It is to a man’s honor to avoid strife, but every fool is quick to quarrel.”

Prayers and Thoughts

…must continue for our friend Bob.

Today marks the first anniversary of his battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.

In his last text he sent to me, he told me he was doing OK and had done a couple of 5K slow run/walks.

He is still battling Host versus Graft Disease but said it is a little better.

PLEASE KEEP THE PRAYERS ROLLING BOB’S WAY!!!
