Reflection
One way I create peace in my life is by giving someone in need a hand and not telling anyone about it.
There is no better way to get out of our own heads than by helping others, as peace grows when we stop focusing on ourselves.
Facts
Serving and helping others shifts my perspective and aligns me with the heart of Christ.
Jesus came not to be served, but to serve, and peace followed Him everywhere.
