Reflection
I remember creating pressure in my driveway, imagining an end-of-game moment, and taking the last-second shot to win. I brought that same intensity to the AAU teams I coached. At the end of practice, we’d go to war—no fouls called, full effort required, playing through contact.
Simple drills, simulated pressure. They worked.
Mental toughness is built under strain.
Mental toughness reframes pressure. Instead of resenting it, strong leaders see pressure as confirmation of purpose.
God often uses weight to strengthen us, not crush us.
What feels heavy today may be shaping your capacity for tomorrow…capacity to make a game-winning shot. 😊

How can I reframe pressure as preparation instead of punishment?
James 1:2-3 “Consider it pure joy… whenever you face trials of many kinds.”
