Mark 12:30-31, The greatest commandment: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no commandment greater than these.”
The neighbor Mark is referring to is not the family next door, it is everyone and everyone means everyone.
Pascal is right, you will never go wrong by radiating too much love.
