Reflection
It’s Sunday morning, the 25th of January, 2026, and the much-anticipated winter storm has arrived. I’m by the fire, writing, and watching Serenity Acres trade its familiar colors for a calm, endless white.
A snowstorm has a way of changing the pace of everything. The world grows quiet. Plans get canceled. The road demands your full attention. You stop worrying about speed and start focusing on direction.
God often uses disruptions to sharpen our vision and refocus us.
We live in a noisy, hurried world, but clarity is usually found in stillness.
Circumstances may force a slowdown or a course correction, but they don’t have to change your destination.
While writing this for my EagleLaunch friends, my thoughts kept returning to those enduring health storms with no clear end in sight. They’re on my prayer list—for miracles, comfort, peace, and strength. And if you’re reading this while fighting your own storm, please know I’m standing with you in prayer.

Where do I need to slow down and refocus?
What is this season trying to clarify for me?
