First

Strive to be first: first to nod, first to smile, first to compliment and first to forgive.

Simple but difficult.

I have found the best way to be the “first” as described above is by trying to be 3rd:

  1. God
  2. Others (not in a co-dependent manner but in a kind and helpful manner)
  3. Me
