Little=Great

Years ago our pharmacy had a tag line that went something like this; “Doing the little things right, allows us to soar above the rest. “

We sold medications to the frail elderly and there was no room for error.  We strived to always do the smallest of things right and it amazed me how that focus enabled us to gain a reputation of excellence amongst our peers and helped us gain customers for life.

What are the little things in your life and/or career that you aren’t paying enough attention to?  The differentiator of good and great is how well you tend to the little things.

I’ve learned most anyone can be average and with a little effort most people can become good.  My assumption about the readers of this blog is that you most likely want to be great and becoming great begins with understanding that greatness begins and grows by doing the little things right.
