Reflection
Every time I read Proverbs 17:22, I am reminded that God designed laughter as medicine that can serve as a healing force.
Laughter loosens what stress tightens.
Laughter restores what pressure drains.
Life is too short and too sacred to live with a clenched spirit and take everything too seriously.
Joy doesn’t mean everything is perfect; it means we trust God enough to smile anyway.
Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is laugh—especially when life feels heavy.
I always write from experience.
Soul Search
When was the last time you laughed freely, and what’s keeping you from doing it more often?
Proverbs 17:22 – “A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”
