Reflection:
We are halfway through May and halfway through our month of intentional action. This is a good moment to pause, not to stop, but to assess.
Look back over the past two weeks.
What actions have you taken that you’re proud of?
What have you been avoiding?
Where have you grown?
Where have you drifted?
A midpoint assessment is not an occasion for self-criticism. It is a navigation tool.
Quote Thought
The best captains, i.e., leaders of their lives, don’t fix a course and ignore feedback; they monitor, adjust, and recalibrate without abandoning the destination.
You haven’t failed if you haven’t done everything you intended. You’ve simply learned where your resistance lives. Now you can address it directly.
The second half of May is still full of possibility. What will you do with it?
Soul Search
- What have I actually done this month that reflects my stated priorities?
- What adjustment do I need to make to finish the month well?
