Reflection
I believe few things shape your day more than how you begin it. My morning routine is the most sacred part of my day; a non-negotiable anchor that sets the tone for everything that follows.
How you start your morning is rarely an accident; it’s almost always a reflection of the choices you made the night before.
That’s why a great day actually begins the evening prior. Preparing your environment, organizing tomorrow’s priorities, and getting to bed at a reasonable hour aren’t just good habits; they’re the foundation of your morning.
Walk into your morning unprepared, and you’ll spend the first hours of your day reacting.
Walk in rested and ready, and you’ll spend them leading.
The morning isn’t just the start of your day. It’s the start of your mindset, your energy, and your momentum, and those things tend to carry all the way through to the final hour.
