Reflection
While writing this post, I paused and thought about the people in my life who naturally exude joy. The ones who came to mind all shared one thing: deep faith. And I don’t think that’s a coincidence. When your roots go deeper than your circumstances, life’s hardships lose their power to steal what’s growing beneath the surface.
That’s the thing about joy, it’s often mistaken for softness, but it’s anything but. It’s a quiet, steady strength that holds when everything around you is shaking.
The world runs on pressure, but the soul runs on joy. And when your joy is anchored in something eternal, you find a resilience that circumstances simply can’t touch.

Where do you need to lean into joy as a source of strength today?
Nehemiah 8:10 – “The joy of the Lord is your strength.”
