Strength From Controlling the Controllables

You have power over your mind—not outside events. Realize this, and you will find strength.

Reflection
Something I learned in the rooms of Alcoholics Anonymous as we were all in the pursuit of continuous sobriety coupled with serenity…you can’t control outcomes, other people, or circumstances, but you can control effort, attitude, and response.

Control the controllables + accept the uncontrollables = SERENITY…note to self.

Soul Search:
What am I trying to control that I need to release?

Galatians 6:5, “Each of you should carry your own load.”
