Stack the Right Habits

Small disciplines, practiced faithfully, build strong lives.

Reflection

It’s winter in Ohio. Need I say more?

As I embark on a new year and new BIGs (Big Important Goals), and anxiously await the sun to hang around longer, certain things happen every day regardless of season or circumstance: journaling, prayer, scripture reading, exercise, supplements, nutrition, hydration, and rest. These sustain my foundation. Every single day.

Facts

Your future is quietly shaped by your daily habits. Some strengthen your calling. Others slowly undermine it.

Elite performers and effective leaders know success is rarely dramatic—it’s repetitive.

Examine the habits you’re stacking daily. Are they helping you become who God is calling you to be?

Choose habits that support clarity, health, faith, and growth.

Small disciplines, practiced faithfully, build strong lives.

Soul Search:

Which habit is helping me most right now?

Which habit is holding me back?

Hebrews 5:14, “But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil.”
