Meaningful Specific

You cannot make it as a wandering generality. You must become a meaningful specific.

— Zig Ziglar —

The quote by Zig Ziglar is one of my all-time favorites.

Zig is one of my “Automobile University” teachers as I’ve listened to many of Zig’s books while traveling over the years.

Do you procrastinate and feel as though you are a “wandering generality?”

If so, it’s time to put pencil to paper and create a long term goal (vision) for your life.  This step, in and of itself, is the beginning of creating focus and specificity in your life.

The next step is to commit the vision to God on a daily basis while writing down and committing to the achievement of shorter-term goals on a yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily basis…If you want to be terrific, you need to be specific.

Proverbs 16:3, “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.”
