I don’t know about you, but the last year sure has made me more reflective and in touch with my soul.
I think that’s what slowing down does for us.
That’s not all bad.
One thing for certain is I’ve never been more in touch with my mortality than I am at this point in my life.
I’m hurrying up as my life is crawling to a close.
Lot’s of stuff to do and not enough time to do it.
Why The Random Thoughts?
The above thoughts came to me after reading an article in a local business publication highlighting the life of an entrepreneur who had positively impacted many as he passed through their lives on his journey to the pearly gates.
After reading the article, I began to think of what I wanted people to say about me at my funeral.
Kind of morbid, huh?
Nothing survives but the way we live our lives.
Kind of true, huh?
Romans 14:8, “For if we live, we live to the Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord. So then, whether we live or whether we die, we are the Lord’s.”
