Unleash your potential through action…
Reflection:
For the past three years, I’ve been part of a cohort helping nonprofit leaders run their organizations like a business.
While the experience offers valuable learning, its most significant impact is providing tools for the leaders to take focused action, which gives them the courage to do the next right thing, which leads to confidence, which leads to even more focused action, which leads to more confidence, all while creating quality results.
Said differently and more succinctly–confidence grows when courage meets focused action—and together, they produce quality results.
I always write from experience.
