Unleash your potential through action…
Reflection:
For the past four years, I’ve been part of a cohort helping nonprofit leaders run their organizations like businesses.
While the experience offers valuable learning, its most significant impact is providing leaders with tools to take focused action, giving them the courage to do the next right thing, which builds confidence, which leads to even more focused action, which leads to more confidence, all while delivering quality results.
Said differently and more succinctly–confidence grows when courage meets focused action, and together, they produce quality results.
I always write from experience.
