Reflection:
The opening quote reminded me of the countless people I’ve tried to help through addiction—some broke free, others couldn’t let go. And those who can’t let go don’t just stay stuck—they get dragged through devastation, often losing everything in the process.
Fact:
You can’t focus freely on the future while clutching the weight of people, places, things, and situations that hold you back.

What baggage do you need to release today?
