Reflection
Exercise has always been an essential part of my recovery as it balances me mentally, builds me physically, and opens my soul spiritually. Diet does the same. I know which foods I need to avoid that can steal my focus. I also know how much sleep I need to be at my best.
Every day I think “MEDS.” Meditation, Exercise, Diet, Sleep.
A healthy body strengthens a healthy mind and spirit. Movement reminds us we are still alive, still capable, still moving forward.

Where have you become lazy in taking care of the only body you will ever have?
1 Corinthians 6:19-20 – “Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit… Therefore honor God with your bodies.”
