Power, Love, Self-Discipline

“You plant your own garden and nourish your own soul instead of waiting for someone to bring you flowers.”  ~Veronica Shoffstall

And the best scripture I could find to match this quote:  “For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love and self-discipline.”  (2 Timothy 1:7 NLT)

And if you are sitting there reading this scripture and asking yourself where your power, love and self-discipline is…well as your faith in God goes so goes those three virtues.
