Some people are so poor, all they have is money. ~Unknown
We continue to look at the money component of our Wheel of Life.
Money is an important part of living and what we do with our money is reflective of who and what we are living for.
I don’t think it bothers God when humans want to have nice things. What bothers God is when humans with nice things want more nice things and become blind to those around them who have nothing.
When our heart is filled with the love of money it is really difficult to have a heart for loving others…I write from experience.
Read the scripture verses below.
Where is your heart?
Is the way you handle your wealth honorable to you or honorable to God?
Matthew 6:19-21, “Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moths and vermin do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
Proverbs 3:9-10, “Honor the Lord with your wealth and with the best part of everything you produce. Then He will fill your barns with grain, and your vats will overflow with good wine.” (NLT)
