Perseverance and Weakness to Strength

The weakest part of my life can become the strongest part of my faith.

— Unknown —

Personally, I would adjust the opening quote to read:

The weakests parts of my life have become the strongest parts of my faith.

I’ve been naming, claiming, and dumping my weaknesses over to God (and I have a lot of them) ever since I found Him many years ago.

In times like these, when we are spending a good amount of our day alone with our thoughts, the devil tries his best to conduct “board meetings’ in our heads in order to use our shortcomings and weaknesses to our detriment.

Always remember that God is available 24/7 to serve as your “dump” for your weaknesses.

If your faith has not grown during this pandemic there is a good chance you aren’t relying on God enough or you are relying on other “Gods.”

Isaiah 41:13, “For I, the Lord your God, hold your right hand; it is I who say to you, “Fear not, I am the one who helps you.”

2 Corinthians 12:10, That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
