I’ve coached several people over the past eight years and found my opening thought to be very true.
I developed a personal leadership tool called StratField. I use it to help my clients create a clear direction for their businesses and/or lives.  Early in the StratField process, my clients take considerable time to figure out who they are, who and what they stand for, and where their passions lie.
It always amazes me how much positive energy my clients begin to feel once they get in touch with what is inside them. It also helps them stay focused on the main thing and not be distracted by lesser things.
Knowing and being in touch with our heart and soul serves as a powerful tool in effectively taking on this thing called life.
