Many of us blur the view of today and tomorrow by not growing beyond the past.
Striving to get out of the old and into the new is best done by getting into God’s word daily.
In the scripture below, Paul tells us quite simply what to do with the past and what our present and future view should be focused on.
Philippians 3:13-14, “Brothers and sisters, I do not consider myself yet to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”
