When I reflect back on my career in business and identify those things I did which meant the most to me it wasn’t about the money or the recognition. It was about the people we served and the people we served weren’t just our patients but the teammates that took care of the patients.
I feel so blessed to have been able to do work that was worth doing. We tried our best to change lives for the better every single day of work…that wasn’t work it was fun.
How about you? Are you doing work that is worth doing? Are you passionate about what you are doing? Are you having fun?
If not, maybe it’s time to build a new playing field.
