We continue to look at the physical component of our Wheel of Life.
Exercise is a vital piece in keeping our temple fine tuned.
God built our bodies so that our brain, heart, and every other major organ in our body benefit from routine exercise.
Personally, I’m a much calmer person when I exercise. Â Therefore my organs not only benefit but so do the people around me.
Are you exercising enough? Â Enough means at least thirty minutes three to five times a week.
Are you treating your body like a temple?
