Strengths and Weaknesses

Humility isn't denying your strengths. It's being honest about your weaknesses.

Reflection

The opening quote took me back to my days of leading HealthCare Pharmacy.

I’ve never been one who enjoys paying attention to details. If I have to, I will, but for the most part, I am a big-picture, creative, futuristic thinker…I thoroughly enjoy using the right side of my brain.

With that being said when I was leading our pharmacy, I made it a point to surround myself with people who thrived on details…regardless of how much they annoyed me. πŸ™‚

My lack of attention to detail was a weakness of mine, and I knew it, but I also knew I had a responsibility not to let that weakness hamper the advancement of our business.
