Maxwell’s quote includes three key traits that mark the character of a winner.
Of course, winners don’t win them all, but they grow and learn from them all.
How good of a loser are you? Said differently, how good are you at:
- Admitting your mistakes/failures?
- Profiting from your mistakes/failures?
- Growing from your mistakes/failures?
Just like the first step in conquering an addiction is admitting you have a problem, the first step in conquering losing is admitting you made a mistake.
The devil loves it when we lose and stay lost.
God loves it when we lose and turn our setbacks into a comeback for a victory.
There are no losers in God’s world–there are winners and learners.
