This is a great quote but it takes effort for me to “report for duty.”
It is challenging to report for duty to God when I have a million things going on in my brain. I have found when I am able to shut my mind off and just listen to God amazing things happen.
It is important to find a place where you can listen to God. For me, it is my early morning meditation and then going on a long run, bike ride, or swim. Some of you may be saying to yourself, “I don’t have time to do those things.” Time is easy to find if you want to find it.
Where is your “listening place?” Find it and use it and you will be better able to “report for duty” … I write from experience.
