Reflection
This is a great quote, but it takes effort for me to “report for duty.”
It is challenging to report for duty to God when I have a million things going on in my brain. I have found that when I can shut my mind off and listen to God, amazing things happen.
It is essential to find a place where you can listen to God. It is my early morning meditation, followed by a long run, bike ride, or swim. Some may say, “I don’t have time to do those things.”
Time is easy to find if you want to find it.
Where is your “listening place?” Find and use it, and you will be better able to “report for duty.” … I write from experience.
