Have you ever tracked your actions throughout a day, or even better, a week?
- Do you have a morning ritual?
- Do you have an evening ritual?
- Do you follow a healthy diet?
- How many minutes a day do you get your heart rate into an aerobic zone?
- How many minutes a day do you nourish and expand your brain by reading books, listening to podcasts, or watching educational videos?
- How many minutes a day do you spend with your spirit and a Higher Power?
I’ve always had a shaky mental condition–conquering my addiction disorder taught me a lot about the importance of good mental health.
All of the above bullet points are actions I take on a daily basis in order to keep me mentally sound.
Are there habits you’ve developed in order to be the best you can be in all situations?
We are mental, physical, and spiritual beings and each part of our being needs nourished.
I agree with Clear’s opening quote.
Habits are not a fad, they are a lifestyle.
Philippians 4:8, “Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.”
