My friend, Tony Miltenberger, dropped that catchy phrase on me in Episode 5 of the Higher Leading podcast. “Following God is a team sport.” It stems from his deep belief that we are all made by God to live life in intentional community, creating disciples along the way. Tony also shared with me a creative concept he calls “spiritual grandparenting,” a theory that really got me thinking about the ripple effect of positively influencing others through higher leading.
