Developing new habits is not as difficult as breaking old habits. If you want to give either a try you must first be willing to change your beliefs.
What habits are you thinking you should try to break or start?
What are the old beliefs that feed the old habit(s)?
What are the new beliefs that will starve the old habit(s) and begin feeding the new?
What are you waiting for?
Who knows, maybe your kids or family, friends and/or other loved ones are waiting for you to finally bite the bullet and change.
Change only takes two steps: start and continue.
