HabitFast Journey Action Steps:

1.  Start the day-reflect, meditate, journal and prayerfully turn your plan over to God.

2.  Continue the day- stay in conscience contact with God.

3.  End of day evaluation- reflect, review, journal and give yourself a grade for the day.

4.  End of day planning-review your HabitFast Plan and note your 3 “big rocks” for tomorrow.

5.  End of day prayer-place your plan, big rocks, negative triggers and tomorrow in God’s hands.

1 Corinthians 6:19, “Do you not know your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God?  You are not your own; you were bought at a price.  Therefore honor God with your body.”  (NIV)
