Power In Numbers

An arch consists of two weaknesses which, leaning one against the other, make a strength.

Reflection

This week I was blessed to help an organization clarify a vision for its future.

As I begin year thirteen of my second career, I have found that helping others extract the vision they have in their mind for their life or business and putting it into writing and then action is the most fulfilling part of my work.

Back to the opening quote…

When we are willing to be vulnerable and admit our challenges and weak spots to those we surround ourselves with, we can better lean on one another and create a force that transforms our weaknesses into strengths–a force that puts our dreams and visions into action.

One of my all-time favorite JMeyer quotes…

Nothing great in life takes place by going it alone.

In addition to God, who are you leaning on to help you crystallize your vision and maximize your worth to the world?

Hebrews 10:24-25, “And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near.”
