Reflection:
Training for triathlons has developed my grit over the years.
The training all starts with a plan, but a plan alone isn’t enough—you’ve got to show up and execute.
The real growth happens in the grind—sticking to the script on those long, sweaty six-hour bike rides when no one’s watching.
Facts:
Faith-filled perseverance often means showing up, even when it’s not exciting.
Grit honors the long game of obedience, especially when it’s unseen.
Discipline turns the mundane into momentum, and that’s what ultimately drives you to the finish line of any race–especially the race called life.
Soul Search:
Are you more committed to the process or the outcome? Where might God be asking you to keep running?
Luke 21:19 “By your endurance you will gain your lives.”
