Yesterday I touched on the importance of the stories we tell ourselves because we end up becoming those stories.
It’s essential to be aware that there are various voices through multiple forms of media trying to infiltrate our stories in today’s world.
I know Christian people who put more faith in a podcaster or social media influencer than they do in the word of God.
Nouwen’s quote is so true.
How often do you silence yourself to seek direction for your story from the Holy Spirit?

If you want to change your story, I suggest replacing all the external storytellers with the Eternal storyteller.
