Grateful for Health*

“So many people spend their health gaining wealth, and then have to spend their wealth to regain their health.”  ~Materi

Today I am grateful for my health as I had my annual heart check-up yesterday and things are looking good.

Some of you may remember the shout-out for prayer I issued about 18 months ago as I was diagnosed with an aortic aneurysm.  The aneurysm has not grown for 18 months and I believe prayer and my own attention to my physical health is the reason my heart is still ticking while the rest of me is aging with grace.  🙂

Thank you Lord for giving me the desire to work out, eat right (most of the time), and get the rest I need so I can be all you need me to be.

Thank you EagleLaunch readers for your prayers of health that you’ve been sending my way!

Please note:  One of our fellow EagleLaunch blog followers has a son (Kevin) who has been diagnosed with colon cancer.  Would you please add Kevin to your prayer lists and ask other prayer warriors to add him to their list?  Prayer is so powerful.

Lord God place your healing hand on Kevin and your healing wisdom in the doctors who will be treating him.  Amen.
