Good, Better, Best

Over the course of my life I’ve been exposed to many great quotes and sayings, and even created some of my own.  A practice I started years ago was to read a quote every day and reflect on it.  As most of you know that has become a part of the format for my daily focalPOINT blog.

Here is a quick regurgitation of some of my favorites:

-You become the decisions you make in your life.

-Happiness is a choice…so is misery.

-It’s never too late to change course in order to change your life.

-Real leaders create leaders, not followers.

-If everyone agrees with what you are thinking, then someone isn’t thinking.

-If you do what you’ve always done, you will get what you’ve always gotten.

-You can’t keep what you have unless you give it away.

-If you want people to love you, try loving them first.

-If you want abundance in your life, give it away, it will return ten fold.

-Good, better, best, never let it rest, until your good is your better and your better is your best.

-Life is exactly what you make of it.

-Some people are always looking behind, some people are always looking around, and some people are always looking forward.  Who do you suppose gets ahead in life?  ~JJM

-FEAR is False Evidence Appearing Real.

-If I’m not the problem, there is no solution.

-There is a spiritual cure for every problem.

-The world would be at total peace if every human being were willing to turn the other cheek one more time, versus getting even.”  ~JJM

-The less I want, the more I have.  ~JJM

-Point A is where you are.  Point Z is where you want to get to (Vision/Dream).  No one has ever gotten from Point A to Point Z without a Plan.  What’s your plan?  ~JJM

-You cannot talk yourself out of something you’ve behaved yourself into.

Did any of these stir your spirit?

My all time favorite scripture:

Isaiah 40:31, “but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.  They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.”
