Reflection
Today, I’ll lock in my top three goals for 2026, not as a rushed exercise, but as the result of months of reflection.
As the year turns, I also choose a word or phrase that defines who I want to be, not just what I want to do. My 2025 phrase was “Be Alive,” a daily reminder to contribute more than I consume and to do work that matters.
Putting three clear goals on paper, anchored by a focus word, helps me keep the main things the main things in a distracted world… especially for a guy who knows how easy it is to drift. 🙂
