FOCUS & ALWAYS REPPIN’

As a former basketball player, March Madness is my favorite time of the year.  I very rarely watch games during the regular season, but when the NCAA tournament begins I watch as many games as I can.

I picked Michigan State to win it all this year.

As some of you know, Michigan State got upset yesterday by Middle Tennessee State.  Michigan State was a number two seed which means they were considered one of the top teams in the tournament.  Middle Tennessee State was a number fifteen seed which means they were considered one of the weakest teams in the tournament.

Middle Tennessee State’s shooting shirts had the phrase “Always Reppin” written on them.

Always Reppin’…what a powerful mantra.

Achieving anything great in life takes lots of repetitive practice.

When we know where we are trying to get to (Dream/Vision) and what we need to do in order to get there (Mission), every day should be a day preparing us for the day we will realize our Dream…see the opening quote.

How much time each day do you devote to preparing and working for your future state (Dream/Vision)?

How much time each day do you waste preparing for nothing?

There lies the difference between success and failure.

I have a feeling the players and coaching staff of Middle Tennessee State realized a dream yesterday…because all year they’ve been Reppin’.
