This is a continuation of yesterday’s thought…
The longer I live, the more I realize that those who accomplish what they set out to accomplish are those who can focus on the task at hand.
The best way to increase our focus on the task at hand is by eliminating activities that have nothing to do with what we are trying to accomplish.

What activities of your day have nothing to do with what you are trying to accomplish?
