Focus is a huge difference-maker in all of our activities.

We talk to ourselves all day; the devil loves it if he can get us to talk bad about ourselves.
Doesn’t it disturb you when you hear others speak negatively about you?
Of course it does–then why would you ever speak negatively to yourself?

The devil loves to get in our heads and make us second-guess ourselves.
There is only one Person who has ever walked this earth with perfection.
Why not draw on His strength to let go of the thoughts rattling around in your brain that rob you of your focus?
Psalm 119:15, “I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your ways.”
