Reflection
I started playing more golf this year, and it can be maddening. Some days you’re on, some days you’re off, and you have no idea why.
YouTube is full of people trying to perfect the swings of hackers like me, but juggling all that advice on every shot is exhausting. So I narrowed my swing to four basic steps. Now I play more consistently, as long as I remember them. 😊
Life works the same way. We get weighed down by things that no longer serve our purpose:
Commitments. Possessions. Expectations.
Politics. News. Social media.
Old goals and outgrown relationships.
Habits that take without giving back.
We think a better life means adding something. But transformation often starts with subtraction. Less is more.
So before asking, “What should I add?” try asking:
What needs to go?
Soul Search
What is taking up space in my life without adding life?
